When the original Deus Ex came out in 2000 it blew the doors off player choice and expression in first person video-games. The series stumbled somewhat in the follow-up, Invisible War, but was redeemed with Eidos Montreal's Human Revolution in 2011. 5 years later, the inevitable fourth instalment, Mankind Divided arrives after some much maligned pre-order incentives and a sea of controversy over micro-transactions and dubious metaphorical parallels in game's plot.
