Nostalgia is a funny old thing. It can turn even the sanest minds into dribbling wrecks at the mere whiff of childhood happiness. And don't those publishers know it. Why spend hundreds of man-hours coming up with original content when there are all those new platforms to have things ported to and why indeed make a new Final Fantasy game, when you can just mine an existing one? And so it was that the subject of the Final Fantasy VII remake came up during our breakdown of Square Enix's E3 presentation a few weeks back. And Rob found it so hard to comprehend Marcus's enthusiasm, that we thought it was worth spinning out into it's own episode...
